Estimating Elastic Logs and Mineralogy

This report is an update on the report provided in 2022, “Mineralogy classification empirical comparison with rock physics modelling, intended to match observation with theory for physic-informed Machine Learning. (Emery 2022). Key updates are changing to an exponential relationship with depth for creating the residual attributes, improved estimation of porosity and the effects on the rock physics cross plots, and algebraic relationship for estimating Vp, Vs and density.
