Sensitivity analysis for micro-seismic events

Papers have been previously presented for evaluating the sensitivity of locating a microseismic event using first arrival times. These papers used an analytic singular value decomposition (SVD) method and a Monte Carlo method that perturbed the event location.

These papers are combined with the intent of simplifying the presentation of the SDV method.
